During the finalization process of your vacation accommodations by flight, railway, car rental, hotel, tour, cruise, or other trip, we require acknowledgement and acceptance; by purchasing products from this site, by purchasing from our preferred travel partners, OR your acceptance of your itinerary and invoice will signify your agreement with the following terms and conditions:
Living Waters Group Cruises (Cruise For A Cause) acts as a sales agent for airline, hotel, car-rental companies, rail companies, tour operators, cruise lines, or other service provider named in your itinerary (“Suppliers”). LIVING WATERS GROUP CRUISES is not responsible for acts or omissions of Suppliers, transportation companies, tour operators, wholesalers, service companies, hotels or their failure to provide services or adhere to their own schedules. *All itineraries, dates and times, cruise ports, artists, appearances, locations, etc. are subject to change without notice.
Living Waters Group Cruises (Cruise For A Cause) assumes no responsibility for and shall not be liable for any refund, personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused by: (1) any defaults, wrongful or negligent acts, or omissions of the Suppliers; (2) any defect in or failure of any vehicle, craft, equipment, or instrumentality owned, operated, or otherwise used or provided by the Suppliers; (3) any wrongful or negligent acts or omissions on the part of any other party not under LIVING WATERS GROUP CRUISES ’s control; and (4) any Supplier price drop after your travel arrangements have been confirmed, paid in full, or ticketed. Including but not limited to acts of GOD, dangers incidents to the sea, fire, breakdown in machinery, acts of governments De Jure OR De Facto, war, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes riots, thefts, epidemics, medical quarantines, customs regulations, defaults, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary, routing or schedules from any cause beyond the control of Living Waters Group Cruises or from any loss or damage resulting from insufficient or improperly issued passports, visa’s or other documents. You hereby release LIVING WATERS GROUP CRUISES from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph.
Travel arrangements involving airline and cruise components are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed by the supplier and/or government after you have completed your purchase. You hereby consent to any such price increases and authorize your credit or debit card to be used for them. Suppliers have their own contracts covering cancellation penalties and other terms and conditions, and you may be bound by those contracts regardless of whether you receive notice of their terms. By accepting this itinerary or invoice you hereby consent to those terms and conditions.
Fund-raising Cruises and Vacations are not refundable. The purpose of cruise for a cause is to raise much needed funds for charities with the objective of giving in the community and serving individuals that are less fortunate and/or disabled. Cruise fund-raisers for charities are Not refundable. Cancellations for ANY REASON and on any date are non refundable and NO REFUNDS will be disbursed. Your entire reservation will be canceled and cancellation charges will apply at 100% if your cruise package (air/bus) total has NOT been fully paid 90 days prior to departure. Vacation cancellations for any reason MUST be received in writing (e-mail). Cancellations for ANY REASON and on any date are NON REFUNDABLE. *Note* Cruisers also have the option of sending another person on the cruise with change (transfer) penalties. Vacationers are encouraged to consult their vacation insurance policy. We strictly abide by this cancellation and refund policy regardless of circumstances beyond your control that prevent or delay your participation.
LIVING WATERS GROUP CRUISES has no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination(s), and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination(s). You hereby release LIVING WATERS GROUP CRUISES from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this paragraph. You agree that the courts in Franklin Co. will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or LIVING WATERS GROUP CRUISES, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy and the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency. I acknowledge that I have been offered and advised of vacation protection and/or trip insurance options and fees by Living Waters Group Cruises. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by our staff constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance policy. We also strongly recommend that you use a credit card for your purchase, so that you can exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if you do not receive the services you purchased.
