Meet Dr. April
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospered (3 John 1:2)
Dr April is a non-profit board member and financial advisor to organizations that serve persons with special needs and autism. She is also a national mental health facilitator that educates public servants on mental health literacy, and preventive psychosis approaches. (POP). An extension of serving others, she created a unique fund-raising opportunity for 501c3 non-profit organizations that assist charities to fulfill their important missions and simultaneously improve the quality of life for those they serve through the travel and tourism industry. She empowers others with wisdom, knowledge and understanding of God’s resources in a way that glorifies GOD. Moreover, Dr April believes her calling is to protect and inspire families to make intelligent choices about their financial future. A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just (Proverbs 13:22). She is on a mission to give strength and insight to families, ministry leaders and business owners. As a founding partner of FirstLivingLegacy, serving others with compassion is the core of her DNA (It’s who I am). “There is no greater honor and privilege than serving others.”
Her area of expertise’s includes chief financial strategist, industrial organization consultant and success coach. Dr April has educated adults and youth for 20 plus years. She has been a business owner for more than 20 years. She has inspired and led others to building a financial wall so strong that nothing will penetrate (Zechariah 2:5). April has assisted business owners and non-profits organizations nationwide to go from good to exceptional. She currently serves as a national insurance broker and strongly believes education and engagement is paramount to leaving a legacy that will impact generations to come.
April is currently a PhD candidate in Psychology and a chosen international honor society member where she is humbled to be amongst some of the smartest doctors in the world. She has earned her M.B.A in Business Management Strategies and B.A. in Pre-Law. April is a licensed minster of Rhema Christian Center Columbus, Ohio. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, experiencing different cultures and exploring the authentic world of art during vacations
